For starters Amazon handles complaints in house and this issue has already been addressed and resolved with Amazon paying out for the serviceI’m not sure what the resolve was with this customer, but it appears he didn’t like the answer he received already so he’s trying to appeal it by making a
claim with the Revdex.com hoping for a different answer, which is not at my discretion nor would I ask them to change their decisionI have always known Amazon to be more than fair with their customers because I too am oneI provide services threw Amazon and pay additional fees for that protection from Amazon from customers doing exactly what this one is attemptingI’ve been in business since without complaint

MrCustomer also requested to have an ice maker moved into place, I agreed at $50, mind you this is a commercial ice makerI also, without additional charge, had to go to the hardware store to get lines to hook it up because MrCustomer had failed to have these things ready which wasn’t something we had originally agreed toSo here we are at $

After doing these things I was getting ready to leave and he then asked for the plumbing to be done under the sink to the plumbing in the wallI wasn’t ready to do this as it wasn’t something he had ordered and we hadn’t previously discussed itSo I went to the hardware store and purchased what I neededKeep in mind this is a three bay sink and not a single drainSo after installing what I had I found I was missing a few thingsI’m not a plumber by trade so I don’t keep stock of these things and needed to make a second trip to the hardware storeMr Customer asked if I could come back later as he was wanting to get home so I obligedI tried to make several other attempts to go out and MrCustomer cancelledI have attached screen shots of the text messages of my attempts at doing soMaterials to do all of this came to $and some changeThe additional labor another $This brought his total to $and some change

See the thing about the Amazon orders is you order your service, you have everything ready when I get there, I hook it up or install it and we’re doneIt isn’t intended to be something where I have to bring materialsI am graded and one of the things I’m graded on with Amazon is if I’m changing prices from what I have listedIt is customary that Customers read and know what they are purchasing before they order the serviceIt is set up this way so there are no surprisesThis works well with customers who follow the directions from Amazon
MrCustomer never expressed concern or spoke to me in a civilized manner about the invoice or changedNor did he try to find resolutionHe had been drinking while I was working and upon receiving the invoice started yelling and screaming in a manner that was adjacent to my three-year-oldI phoned my wife and business partner and she asked to be placed on speaker so that she could speak to him and he all he did was yell and scream and threaten to call the police if I didn’t leaveI waited for him to calm down outside and instead of regaining his composure he instead put his belongings in his vehicle and left driving off with his wife and childI had someone come with to hand me pieces as I was under the sink who is background checked and approved by Amazon, and he and I both were under checking for leaks after I was finished jiggling things and making sure everything was secure as I don’t have a habit of being recalled to jobsMy reviews on all internet outlets express thatWe checked with hot, cold, and let it run for a whileThe only mention he made of it leaking was in his irate state and he refused to let me look at it so I cannot say for sure what happened there without speculation
Below is the email my wife sent to MrCustomer in which he never replied, those replies are stored on Amazon’s site and sent threw there, there is no replyA lien was unnecessary due to Amazon’s policy of taking care of its providers as well as it’s customers
