Review: On or about august of 2013, Keiths marina required a deposit on used boat and gave no details in the agreement for return of that deposit. The deal fell through, and they kept the deposit. it is important to note this was reviewed by a michigan small claims court and he was ordered to return the deposit. he has refused. This has escalated to a Bench warrrant being issued to [redacted] the owner. My purpose is writing this complaint is to warn anyone contemplating doing business with keiths marina to understand they have no regrd for contracs or the legal sysytem in general. Since this a cross state Bench warrant, the local sheriff will not honor the order.Desired Settlement: Refund original $1000.o00deposit as ordered by a michgian small claims court plus misc expenses now running close to $300.00.

In August 2013 Mr [redacted] contacted me on a used Trophy Boat.He had me send him numerous pictures.He then called and said he was buying it and sent us 1000.The next week he called and got serial numbers for financing.I told him if he needed financing I wasn’t going to wait for him.He said he was buying it either way he had the money.He tells me hes flying in next week to drive and I said fine.The next week he calls and says his wife wont let him buy it.He backed out and lost his deposit.
