Phil did a siding project on my 32 x 70 foot gambrel style barn. He met every commitment from being on time for the initial quote review appointment through project completion. He is a man of integrity, great work ethic, positive disposition, and business professional. Phil was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to having another project opportunity with him.

Thank you for your admission of guilt.Currently a full estimate of damages is underway by competent professionals.It has since been learned that the ridge vent you installed is totally ornamental and non-functional and this is obviously fraud or intentional misrepresentation as air can not flow through a vent totally obstructed by wood underneath the vent..This will significantly add to my costs to rectify the attic ventilation you stated forth in your contract but did not provide; as well as add to the total cost of all damages for work that was either not done at all or was poorly done.Soon you will learn the cost or magnitude of total damages. Revdex.com:

I have a two part contract, the first part is the hand written original and the second part is a carbon copy of the original. the amended contract was only amended on my copy which I showed you. He showed you his copy which was not amended. This was my mistake and I should have amended both copies.Although we did both agree to the revised contract and the work order changes verbally these changes should have been in writing, again this was my mistake. I would like to satisfy this customer and I wish to compensate him in a manner which will satisfy his grievances either monetarily or otherwise or both.   Thank you.

Phil did a great job on our roof. He is a hard worker and very professional. We would recommend him to anyone.

Hello Mr Dieter we have a problem. 
The highly modified document you have provided to the Revdex.com is not our contract and implicates your intent to commit additional fraud.
To set the record straight, I have attached the actual contracts so the Revdex.com will realize their own problems should they continue to support you.
You cannot void, nullify or amend a written 3 party contract  without involving all parties in writing of your intent to nullify that contract and create a new contract with proper written agreement by all parties.
All of my original allegations still stand. You have been notified of all problems both during and after you performed work and have done nothing to resolve these issues,  yet you continue to evade the issues and create more lies.
This situation is best handled in a court of law as it is my belief is that you have perpetrated a number of crimes involving both state and federal law that could involve the attorney general.
