I am rejecting this response because:it's lies my car towed illegally in the first place from driveway of my residence I was arrested not the point it was impounded tow company charge me more then what's legal they told me on Friday to come in Monday with 400 I could have car I already had a release from Rpd  I came in three days later and I was called names told I don't deserve anything plain disrespected there were employees shaking there heads at the employee behavior towards me I never yelled or called names I'm on parole I know th ex rules he said price is no longer 400 cause I was arrested not cool he yelled said he would call cops I left my aunt went in and 2 was told I held my cool that said employee was as d bag etc nothing secretary's can do I eventually got my car out I paid full bill myself I was told that they wouldn't charge me for the week that went since that happened you can check records I paid it all I have GPS proof that I was in the office of Keith towing on the Monday they said to bring 400 I had the money to I have no idea they would lie

HE NEVER SHOWED UP ON MONDAY AT ALL AND CAME IN 5 DAYS LATER & WANTED IT FOR THE SAME PRICE AS MONDAY.  WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH RPD AND EVERY DAY ITS HERE THE STORAGE GOES UP.  HE CAME IN AND STARTED YELLING AND STARTED GETTING OUT OF CONTROL.  WE NEVER CURSED OR USED BAD LANGUAGE TOWARDS HIM BUT HE DID TOWARDS US. WE DON'T USE THAT LANGUAGE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS WHETHER THEY HAVE BEEN IN JAIL OR NOT.  HE WAS CAUSING A DISTURBANCE AND WAS ASKED TO LEAVE.  HE THEN SHOWED UP 16 DAYS LATER WITH A LADY WITH HIM AND WE TOLD HER THE BILL WAS $1375 AT THAT TIME.  WE TALKED WITH HER AND SHE ASKED ABOUT A DISCOUNT BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO PAY THE BILL NOT HIM. WE GAVE HER A $545 DOLLAR DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE FELT SORRY FOR HER NOT HIM.  SHE ENDED UP PAYING $830. THESE RATES ARE REGULATED BY THE RPD AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE A DISCOUNT BUT WE DID FOR HER SAKE.THANK YOU,[redacted] @ KEITH'S TOWING

Review: My car was towed and impounded they charge 250 towing fee and 65 a day storage fee well my aunt went to them and Matt and the manager [redacted] said to her and I that if I brought in 400 dollars the coming Monday 3 days away that I would only have to pay 400 to get my car out of storage well I show up on Monday around 2pm and go to pay and somebody else the "other" manager says what are you talking about unless you have $800 you're not getting s[redacted] back you need to get the f[redacted] out of here before I call the cops and I stay in this done and I'm like are you serious I'm here I want my car back it was all well I don't know who the hell told you and you can get it at $400 but at least you got this money you get the f[redacted] out of here and then he proceeded fto tell me you're going to call the cops and it says that what's it matter anyways you don't deserve anything from me you're a criminal who got arrested that's where your car was towed and I leave this doesn't seem like proper business practices I feel that like I should have got my car out when I was told I can come and get it but now each day passes in that goes up more and more it's not rightDesired Settlement: I want my car out for the $400 they said they would take when I showed up I don't want to have to pay for every other day it's happened after that so for now it's Monday through there now it's going to cost 130 at top of the 800 told me I had to pay all the sudden cuz he's got a very nice guy he's very rude disrespectful and basically told me he's not dealing with me or you let me have for 400 cuz I got arrested this discrimination I have thanks I want my car out for the $400 a said he would ta

Review: The customer service was horrible, My truck was released after I had called and asked them not to release my truck and that I would be picking it up.

Keith's towing is a rip off. I got my truck stuck and when they came and got it they charged outragious prices. My truck was taken to their yard because of the prices. I made an insurance claim but later cancelled it and called Keith's informing them that I would be picking up my vehicle and I had cancelled the insurance claim. He let me know what the bill was going to be. Later I found out they had released my truck to the insurance towing company anyway after I had called and told them not to.. Thanks to them I now have no vehicle and as a result have lost my job due to no transportation. This now leaves me with not only no vehicle but no job leaving no way for me to continue the payments on my truck as well as everyday bills. When I called about this they were very rude about the situation and would not help at all and then proceeded to call me a liar the manager than hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like my truck returned to me with expenses paid by this company. I will further be seeking a suit because of the loss of my job due to this companies negligence.

The customer originally called'us for a tow stating that their vehicle was stuck near Cottonwood Creek in Cottonwood. We are in Redding 32 miles from the vehicle so we sent our 4x4 tow truck to see if he could get the vehicle out. Our driver arrived on the scene and found the vehicle half submerged in the water and three quarters of a mile to a mile out in the water not the quarter mile that the customer told us. The water was in the motor and had wrecked the motor. Our 4x4 vehicle was unable to reach the vehicle because of the water and the distance to the vehicle from solid ground. The driver called for a specialized 4x4 vehicle with high ground clearance and multiple winches and set up for water recovery and is loaded with

loads of extra cable in the bed. We bad to tow it down there because it is not licensed to run on the street it only goes on these type of recoveries. The owner was told ahead of time that these recoveries go out at $165 dollars per hour from portal to portal time we leave till the time we get back and he ok'd it The first driver had 4hours total time for a total of $660 dollars and the second driver had 2hours for a total of $330 dollars and our driver discounted the $330 to $270 because the owner of the vehicle gave him a sob story. We got the vehicle out and the owner of the vehicle could not come up with any money so the driver asked him if he had insurance on the vehicle and he said he did. The driver told him if he didn't have the money to pay we would take the vehicle to our yard in Redding and he could have his insurance come and look at it and they ok'd that. We then towed the vehicle back to our yard. A lady who identified her self as the owner of the vehicle called and released the vehicle to the insurance. The third day this same lady called and said she wanted to un-release the vehicle and that s when I told her she was responsible for the charges and the storage is adding up daily. I told her that is between her and her insurance company because once you release it we can't un-release it. She said she would call them immediately and stop it This call was in the morning of the third day. At approximately 4:30 later that day the insurance company came and picked up the vehicle. I figured she didn't have the money to pick up the vehicle, because she didn't have it before and decided to let the insurance company take the vehicle since it had been about 5 hours since she called. She called back the next day yelling and I told her it was between her and her insurance company we cannot stop the insurance from picking up a vehicle once you give them the release to pick it up. I don't think she called them to un-release it and that s why they came and picked it up. The storage on the vehicle was $60 dollars per day and it was here for 3 days making the total bill $1125. The engine was full of water and ruined not counting electrical parts, computer systems and other damage that water causes. Any time there is this kind of water damage and the vehicle is over 10 years old it is usually a total loss. As far as her losing her job because she didn't have a truck she wouldn't of had her truck because the engine was full of water and she had ruined it driving into that creek four wheeling.
