I just want to tell you that when Mrkevin gave me the estimate he gave it to me over the phone,without a written estimate it was $for labour,and I brought the auto part, if he pay me back the $he over charge meI have nothing against him

To: [redacted] regarding the complaint of [redacted],The case IDis [redacted] the plaintiff [redacted] came to my shop regarding the issue he had with his car, he had excessive engine oil leak and front wheel noisy while driving I checked his car and found out the car needs oil pressure switch...

for the leak and front wheel bearings for the noise he told me that he will bring his own parts and asked me how much I will charge him for only labor after I looked at the all data book program, I verify the amount of the labor for the front wheel bearings according to the labor each bearing has 1.4 hour of labor my hourly charge per hour is 75 dollars, to rely on the book I had to charge him 97 dollars for each wheel but I did charge him 75 for each bearing, total of 150 dollars for both wheels, and 25 dollars for replacing the oil sensor. I called him and exactly told him how much he had to pay and he agreed with the amount, plus he told me that to replace both upper and lower radiator hose, I gave him 25 dollars estimation plus I had to use my own antifreeze without charging, he told me to change his engine oil then I told him it will come to 27 dollars additional charge and he agreed with that too, total would be 227 dollars, he agreed with the whole amount but after we finished the job, he asked me to performed. When the time came to pay he denied all the statement, he said to me that I told him each wheel bearing the labor would cost him 25 dollars each wheel, which is a big a lie no mechanic shop in the whole area will accept the 25 dollars of labor for each bearing if he can find any professional mechanic shop in the whole entire nation, who will charge 25 dollars of the labor to replace his bearing then I will returned all the money he spend in my shop. This is beyond reality he want only pay what he think is right for his pocket to spend now what the reality says I am in this business almost in 20 years and I have a clean record in Revdex.com or in the court because I will be frank with my customers but this person intention is to mislead the justice system for his benefit. Hereby strongly deny [redacted]'s allegations and I need a fair review of Revdex.com to protect business owners of the behavior of such an individual.With best regards,Kevin J
