Feb 2016, I ordered Revilift and Revserum each via phone [redacted] .I specifically asked order tech if that is all it will cost.and she agreed Feb my credit card was charged$ and $98.41.for the two products.Upon immediately calling them to question the charge I was informed I was enrolled in a subscription wI told the clerk it was not my intension and I did not approve thatI was then told I was within the day trial and could return the product for my money back 2/i returned both products in original box2/irecieved$ refund I called about the $and they said it would have to be a manual supervisor approved refund and I would get in in ten daysno refund called again days, no refund but given a conformation number for the $98.41.31/months later no refund

I was then told I was within the 14 day trial and could return the product for my money back . 2/17 I returned both products in original box. 2/26 irecieved$ 97.41 refund I called about the $98.41 and they said it would have to be a manual supervisor approved refund and I would get in in ten days. no refund called again 30 days, no refund but given a conformation number for the $98.41.31/2 months later no refund.
