I accept the refund of hour, however the company provided an estimate for time required to complete the move that was inaccurate by more than 50%This type of error is unacceptable, I hope that in the furture the company reevaluates their estimation process in an effort to improve accuracyI will not use this company again, as their estimates are not reliable

I accepted $to settle my claim for $1,in damage to my household goods shipped with Advanced because Advanced steadfastly resisted arbitration & it would have cost me way more than $1,to file a lawsuit to force arbitration & there is little likelihood that Advance would have paid an award since Advanced has been duplicitous in dealings with me since the moving contract was signedMy claim is resolved, but not satisfactorilyPlease do post my response on the Revdex.com websiteAdvanced has numerous complaints filed against it at the *** of *** *** *** *** *** *** by unsatisfied consumers & an internet search of consumer complaints against Advanced yields many complaints (& sparse praise)Had I known of this complaint history I would not have hired AdvancedOther consumers should have access to my experience with Advanced in determining whether to hire this moverAnd, the Revdex.com should definitely not rate this company at any type of A level

I already stated in my first explanation that Advanced Moving and Storage offered a credit of $towards a future moveI will not use this company ever again, therefore I am not interested in a credit of any amountWe gave Advanced Moving & Storage the chance to come later that day, as late as they wanted, or the next day, no matter what time, they declinedWe did not have any other chance than to hire a different moving company and I think it is clear to everyone that finding a moving company that is able to come same day/next day, is extremely hard to findAdvanced M&S put us in a very tough position with no help at allI am not interested in a credit towards their service
