I called Kelbie Home Improvement based on a google search for local roofers- Glen Burnie, Pasadena etc.; The owner Mike answered (this was on a Sunday.), and thoroughly addressed all of my questions, and offered a visit the very next dayI was seeking roof maintenance, inspection, and certification
He was prompt and courteous; called me en-route on the following day about an hour prior to scheduled visitHe arrived on time and was quickly up on my roof assessing with his assistantBoth were professional, and appeared to be very experienced and efficient
After review he provided me with a quote of work to be done, provided a fair broken down price, and performed the maintenance which exceeded my needsThey checked both inside and outside of my house, provided me all the details, and accepted payment once I was satisfied the work had been done
Documentation and certification of my roof was provided via email the same evening of the work being performed
The experience was excellent, in what situation would you ever expect a certified roofer who is Revdex.com rated to not only take a Sunday call, but also be out the next day, maintenance completed, and needs addressed?
I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking prompt, experience, courteous and fair roofing

I cannot say enough good things about Kelbie Roofing. I recently needed roof work done ASAP to get a house to closing. Mike [redacted] came out the same day and started the work immediately. He did a great job and provided pictures to document everything. The buyer's loan paperwork ended up requiring him to do a huge amount of extra work because of the type of loanand on short notice. But he did everything needed, promptly and competently. This kind of quality and service is simply unheard of. Mike is absolutely amazing: high quality work at fair prices, with prompt, polite service. I give the company my highest recommendation.

Kelbie put my roof on in early March. The company is family owned and that was important to me especially since I was dealing with the fifth generation. They quoted me a price that had no surprises at the end. The workers came at 9am and were finished and gone by 4pm. It was amazing how these group of men just got to work and got it done. My only complaint is that I got a flat tire from a nail left and am still finding small roofing nails. I would still give them 5 stars out of 5
