Mr.[redacted] left hole in wall he was to repair; he stated it was completed. Unable to view due to stained stairs not dry to access area. Stained stairs blotchy and not completely sand. Installation of stairs not tight to wall. Hardwood floors bulking within 2 months of installation. Qtr. rounds not all installed. Mr.[redacted] promised to come back and complete work and did not. He has not responded to multiple attempts to reach him.Desired SettlementCost to repair damages and uncompleted work.
