We can't fix it if it's not making the noise when our service man is there obviously You did call on Sunday and we did answer the phone we just don't have a technician open until Tuesday that is what we told you over the phone we also told you we will try to see if we can get by Monday but there's no guaranteesWe also told you can go get dry Ice from kroger and put in your freezer and your frigerator But you said your food is Bad ? We are doing our job even on Sunday when we answered to youAnd the far as the person answer the phone they are not technicians and they don't know if it can be fix with or without making the noise until the technician be there to test itYou did not allow us to finish the diagnosis or we will have

It seems that in the future you should make sure that your technicians are better trained to be able to look at the whole picture and offer different scenarios instead of the one "presumed outcome".It would have saved you and me a lot of time and money It appears as if we are both victims of your technicians poor judgment

Our technician called and discussed directly with the customer on this matter, upon hearing the customer's description of how he hardwired his oven it became apparent that it was wired incorrectly (i.eone of the "hot" wires was switched in place with the neutral) Please understand that improper setup voids the warranty, which is the only reason we are requiring payment for the repair of this oven We are willing to do the best we can for you, but our best in this circumstance is limited by the fact that very costly damage was done to the oven by installation error, since this was self installed, we cannot afford to assume responsibility for critical damage that was not caused by us Part of how we were accommodating you is that we have not charged any fees for labor, nor shall we, all we have expected payment for is the cost of repairing the board.We thank you for your purchase and await your reply, please advise us on your willingness to proceed with repairing your oven

I talked with the costumer and she will get her house on December Costumer is very happyWe will delivery December the Complaint is resolveShe also said she will delete the bad review Please delete any negative

is impossible to know is anything is bad in less we fix the initial problem and normally is only one problemWe did our job and even moreand now I own the costumer board which is not returnable since is it used so I took a lost of $board so we can not refund the $labor that took time for the technician when we already lost money on the board

Mr.[redacted] bought a washer and dryer on Sunday January 7 /2018. He agreed to deposit $300 to hold the appliances and will be the remain on Friday January 12/2018 $220.14 and agreed we will deliver on Friday. That day we were short handed on the counter it was 2 sales person and one was in...

training and by mistake [redacted] charged him the full ammount $520.14 instead the $300 as we agreed. Both costumer and [redacted] didn't realize until the next day on monday morning . [redacted] immediately apologize and told costumer's girlfriend he will return the $220.14  immediately  as we agreed on Sunday.  And we will charge again the $220.14 on Friday and deliver as we agreed . Costumer start screaming at [redacted] and stated she wanted a full refund . [redacted] told her all sales are final but we can return the $220. 14 immediately  not a problem . Or just deliver the same day the appliances. She didn't want that so [redacted] called Mr. [redacted] again that afternoon and he said he was agreed in get refunded that day the $220. 14 so he could pay his truck and he will pay again the remain on Friday when we deliver the washer and dryer. We were waiting for his credit card info . And he never called us to gave us his credit card info.  We tried to give him a check and he didn't want it. Instead he wrote a bad review immediately after we contacted him twice. On Thursday he decide he wanted the delivery on Friday as we agreed the first time and we did.  we delivered the washer and dryer on Friday January 12 at 3pm as we agreed. When the technician came out the first time to diagnose the problem he should have said it could be situation A: for $250 or B: it actually could be both parts that need to be replaced for $500.If we had known that the repair plus the service calls would have totaled $650.00 we NEVER would have said yes for you to order that part.  We would not have even considered pouring $650 in to a used machinethat we only paid $600 for.  If the technician had given us the correct options from the start we would have then said thank you for the service call and would have gone at that time to purchase a new machine. The $50 is of no value as it will not be used. We went and bought a new washing machine with a ten year warranty.

The first one was a trip charge $70 and the 2 one was labor $70 plus $250 mother board that we didn't charge because they are a long time repeat costumer for many years as stated by Mr. [redacted]. We can not return that mother board and we can not get...

The first one was a trip charge $70 and the 2 one was labor $70 plus $250 mother board that we didn't charge because they are a long time repeat costumer for many years as stated by Mr. [redacted]. We can not return that mother board and we can not return it and get our money back because is electronic  control board and we can not resell it becausw is now used so I already absorbed the lost of this part which actually I shouldn't have taking the part out the only reason I did is because he was a long time costumer and I was trying to keep him happy. Her unit wouldn't do anything until we replace this board upon replacement of this board then we found out that the electrical surge had knock out the secondary board that's when they decided not to continue with the repair.  In addition to not charge for the original board Torry also extended  $50 store credit towards for purchase of washer machine in our store to help. Our technician. Never spoke with MS. [redacted](who wrote this review) only her husband Mr. [redacted]. On May 18th, 2016, at 11:50am, [redacted] c[redacted] (Store Owner) spoke to Mr. [redacted] about the complaint and the charges.  Mr [redacted] agreed that the fees were not unreasonable for the diagnostic and labor charge.  Mr [redacted] confirmed that we did not charge him for the control board despite the fact that it was installed and that the old control board was in fact destroyed by the power surge. At the conclusion of this discussion, Mr [redacted] agreed to call the Revdex.com and take down his complaint. guarantees no other company would ever do that . In response to MS.
