[redacted] came into the Revdex.com office and discussed his rejection I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The first car they sold me when I was there and traded in my [redacted] was a [redacted] They knew I needed an AWD vehicleAfter my friend from Chevy looked at the [redacted] when I got home, and realized it was only 2WD, I went back days after the first purchaseI told them "you knew I needed an AWD vehicle, but you sold me a 2WD vehicle"So we made a new contract of sale for an AWD [redacted] , but they did not give me all my money back towards the new purchase, for their mistake made on selling me a 2WD vehicleThey should have credited me $cash payment and the $trade for my [redacted] which equals $11,Attached is the sales document and they only gave me credit towards the purchase of $not $11,I am due the difference of $2326.00, as it was not my mistake, it was their mistakeWhen I came back to buy the [redacted] they rushed me through the paper work and I didn't have my glasses to read itThey still owe me $as I am not paying taxes and registration on the vehicle that they made the mistake onI was okay paying the higher price on the vehicle for the AWD, but not for their mistake and the taxes and registration for the incorrect vehicle Regards, Henry Block
