Keller Construction

I replied with an email and pictures on my claim against *** construction. I am not sure if you received my email with the attached pictures, because today an email was sent to me to inform me the claim is closed, due to the face I did not respond. *** construction did not finish the work I paid for, and I did read Ms.s correspondence with. ***s wife did lie on several occasions. The fence Mr. *** installed was not concreted in some of the boards were not even screwed in, they were crocked and uneven , I had to hire somebody to install the fence properly. The rail on the deck was not finished. The added on roof was not sealed and water keeps leaking. He did some touch up paint work with a non matching paint, the back of the house had to be repainted with matching paint. The sink he suppose to fix in the garage wasn't fixed and is still leaking. When he leveled the land he pushed all the trash in the pasture land behind the house. I NEVER ADVICED HIM TO DO THAT! I had a yard crew hired to remove all the trash and Mr. told them he is willing to remove the trash ( not knowing he will be pushing it into the pasture behind), I got a notice from the city that I a responsible to remove the trash. I told Mr. he needs to remove it, he told this will cost me an additional $ 1400, what I don't think is right. He installed the fence but not the gate, he wanted an additional $ 450 for the gate, where we both verbally agreed that the $ 4500 will include the fence gate and the replacement of the rotten siding on the outside of the fire place.After Mr. received a total of $ 7800 he wouldn't show up to finish the work. His wife was writing bills on work what never was done. At this point I will take my loss. But I want to report him to the Revdex.com so other people don't experience what I experienced. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work I paid him for. Please review my pictures. With best regards
