We asked for the manager when we contacted the service departmentWe also contacted the sales person who sold us the truckWe are a family of five so us waiting for a response from this complaint to get our truck fixed was impossibleI waited days for a response before I had someone else fix the truckWhen we talked to the person in sales we were told we bought it "as is and it was our responsibility to pay to get it fixed"The person who fixed it said that it was a slow leak and should have been caught when the safety inspection was done on the vehicleThis is horrible business practice for a car dealership

We respectfully ask that the vehicle be brought back to us as soon as a problem occurs and talk to our Sales Management teamWe have been unable to identify any contact with our employees regarding this issue and our management team would always ask to inspect the vehicle prior to any decision so the phone call to get assistance would not be the method requestedBased on the accusations stated by the Independent Repair Facility, a slow leak that has been occuring for a while, would not create an emergency repair and the customer would have not caused any damage by returning the vehicle to us if they felt we should be responsibleThe reputable response from the independent facility would of been to advise the customer to return to their selling dealer for assistance rather than making derogatory statements and/or creating a panic decision for the customerWe regret the reported part failure that has transpired shortly after purchase but our position remains that we will not be responsible for transactions that we were not able to inspect and/or verify prior to any repair decision

We gave Keller ample time to make the problem rightI called on that Friday that the puddle of radiator fluid appearedIt was not a slow leak at that point in timeIt was a slow leak when the safety inspection was performed on my truck the day we bought itI called Cody our sales associate and left messages on Friday as well as called the service department and explained to them the situationWe were told by your service department that we bought the truck as is so we would be responsible for any fix done to the truckThe soonest they could look at it was TuesdayI called a very reputable diesel mechanic in the area and was advised not to drive the truck if it was leaking radiator fluidAfter the way that we were treated why would I want to bring the truck back to the place we purchased it to pay Keller more money to fix it when the service department told us we were liable for any cost to fix it? My family and I are not made of money so the money it cost us to fix it completely wiped out our savings accountWe had purchased that truck less than two weeks prior and thought that the KelleR name meant somethingThis was the first time we had purchased a vehicle from Keller motors and it will be the last
