Review: A few months ago I had ordered business cards from KellerPrinters.com, and I never received the my cards. I had sent 3 emails and called them twice as well as my productivity coach also called them but we received no reply. I used my card online to order and the payment was approved right away and money was taken out but they didn't send me any cards or offer to reimburse my $138.00.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my money back since I did everything I was supposed to.

Review: I placed an order for business cards the website indicates proof to be sent in 24-48 hours, 2 weeks later still no proof. I was charged $69 the day of purchase for the cards 2/*. I've called several times and there is only an option to leave a message, I've also emailed and up until today my messages and emails have not been returned. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Complimentary service for the inconvenience, explanation for the lack of service, my money back ASAP.
