I went to this dentist in August and September 2012. the second time was for a cleaning. I have delta dental. My first visit was for a limited exam was for one tooth the second visit they did a periodontal probing cleaning with no exam. later I get a bill for the periodontal probing and panel.
Delta dental told me I shouldn't be charged. I called them to dispute the false charges and they told me they did me a favor not charging me for a exam. they are charging me for the x-ray that they didn't tell me they were going to charge me for. I am trying to delta dental to work this out and they continued to send me to collection. I feel this is unethical billing practices and want to warn others about this office. I am being charged an extra $100 that I shouldn't be charged. When I call to dispute it they give me excuses.
