Dear Revdex.com,   We cannot have the Revdex.com used as a forum for homeowners who are upset with their Board of Directors and then spewing on Keller because they feel the need to take their frustration out somewhere.  The facts are that Keller serves the Board of Directors who are elected to represent...

all homeowners.  Every Association has rules and their governing body is the Board of Directors.  When they bought their unit, they agreed under the laws of the State of Minnesota to abide by their Association’s rules and regulations, even the ones they don’t like.    This vendor claimed they could not do the work without access to the Fire Suppression Room.  This is NOT a room to be trifled with and to have vendors who might understand throwing in low voltage cable but nothing else about the room.  Nicole [redacted] didn’t insinuate anything.  She very clearly articulated the Board’s discomfort with having a vendor in that room.  The Board has the right to be protective and Mr. [redacted] should not go and spew baseless accusations.   Keller did NOT deny access to this homeowner.  This Association has a process.  What Mr. [redacted] is neglecting to tell you is that eventually the Board did agree to give controlled access to the Fire Suppression room with a Board Member present.  Board Member Patrick [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] via email on 6/16/2016 and agreed to give their own personal time to Mr. [redacted] and meet the vendor there to ensure the overall safety and protection of the Association’s exposure in having a vendor in its fire suppression room.  Mr. [redacted] without informing the Board sourced a different vendor who did NOT need access to the fire suppression room in order to install the services.   So the problem was solved once Mr. [redacted]’s cooler head prevailed.  And without a doubt, I’m certain he did not let the Revdex.com know that he now has cable without having to had access to the Fire Suppression Room.   We cannot have angry, frustrated homeowners going off on Keller for rules and processes that they agreed to live by.  The Revdex.com should be used for legitimate complaints about what Keller controls, not as a forum for how a ‘in the moment’ homeowner feels about having to follow the rules of his Association.
