I am rejecting this response because: it is not entirely accurate. Ms*** attempted to negotiate with the Sellers a change in terms which was not acceptable to the parties---- your agent was instructed times in different forms of communication what was being requested in the amendment & he failed to submit that offer to the sellers In fact he said in text message "I am guessing they would just flat out say no." Ms*** directed our agent to stop his attempts to further negotiate the transaction---- your agent was instructed to stop everything and end our contract, but he still gave my phone number out, told the sellers' agent what he didn't do, took hours to cancel the purchase order, & was unable to tell me how to cancel the contract Our contract included fiduciary duties which included obedience, that the agent would do whatever was asked as long as it was legal Your agent failed to perform to the expectations you had outlined Had your agent submitted my request one of the first times, I would not be here requesting a refund Your agent failed to represent me & I should not carry the financial burden

We use these opportunities to educate, instruct and correct our agents so that they meet the expectations of our clients, we value each and every opportunity we have to help people in their real estate needs.Our agent first started working with Ms. [redacted] in April 2017. He showed her a number of homes in the Twin Cities and upon her direction wrote purchase agreements on five separate properties. The first four of those properties that she wrote offers on were not accepted by the Sellers. The fifth property found the parties coming to agreement with the offer subject to the buyers inspection and any subsequent negotiations.Per the terms of the purchase agreement that she had signed, Ms. [redacted] was responsible for the payment of the inspection fee directly to the inspector. No representation was ever made that this inspection fee would be paid by us. After the Inspection was completed, Ms. [redacted] attempted to negotiate with the Sellers a change in terms which was not acceptable to the parties. Ms. [redacted] directed our agent to stop his attempts to further negotiate the transaction. Ms. [redacted] discussed her concerns with me and we agreed to cancel her contract with our firm as she requested.We never received any compensation from MS. [redacted] for the four months plus months of work our agent provided on her behalf. We never told her that we would be paying any of her expenses in her attempt to purchase a property. If she had paid for our services, I would consider her request for compensation. I wish Ms. [redacted] luck in her home search.
