I have spoken directly with this client and we have an agreement worked out that should only take us a few days They were very pleasant, as we were, And we apologized for any misunderstanding during the situation

In reference to the above complaint, our Broker has directly spoken to this Buyer several times We are working towards a solution We are also in Contact with this Buyers Real Estate Agent The Buyers displeasure and frustration regarding this situation is understandable However, there was never an intent to act fraudulently Please be assured that We are acting in the appropriate manner and doing everything within our power to correct any issues and assist them A successful closing and completion of this transaction for this buyer will remain our highest priority

As noted in the complaint, Seller did agree to pay a 6% commission if sellers did not use their listing agent to purchase their new property.  We did show many homes to these sellers and in the current market, when a property already has multiple offers on it, sellers are not...

interested in looking at a contingent offer.    This current market is called a Sellers Market.Rejeani would always ask the listiing agent if the seller was willing to look at a contingent offer.   This buyer could only write a contingency offer at this time, therefore many homes were unavailable.   We tried to find them a home and we do understand this market is hard for Buyers to find a home and get a contract accepted.   It is not unusual for a Buyer to write many offers before they can get a seller to accept the terms they are offering.  This buyer decided to work with other real estate agents at the same time as with their listing agent.   Since they found a home with another real estate agent, the original agreement of 6% commission on the listing side when into play because that was their original agreement in writing.
