Review: I hired this agency to sell and purchase a home. My wife found a home in Temecula and we put an offer however because of the agent's lack of communication with the sellers agent about time sensitive materials and fees our offer was dismissed. When we asked our agent to start all over again and help us find another home in Temecula she resigned, a breach of contract. I was left without realtor representation and desperate to find a home as they already sold my home.Desired Settlement: I had to pay an additional $1,000.00 to get the home my family wanted, the same home the agent failed to secure.My basis for this resolution is that the agent by resigning put me in a disadvantage and under pressure of time as our home was already sold therefore had to up our offer for the home by $1,000.00
