Hello,
We entered a contract with a realtor, *** ( who is with Keller Williams realty greater Cleveland southeast) for selling our house. After 100 days, they couldn't sell the house and we were unhappy with the service so we decided to exit the contract.
the agent sent us the release form and in there demanded $295 as a condition to exit the contract. This wasn't at all mentioned in the original contract we had with her.
We had to pay the money because we wanted to sell the house soon with another agent. We think the realtor and company didn't honor the original terms of the contract.
