I am writing in reference to the complaint I filed last week (see below) Having spoken with [redacted] ***, the Broker In Charge at Keller Williams I feel they have resolved my complaint to my satisfaction I am not certain how the complaint can be closed, but if possible from your end, please do so If there is some way via the web site please let me know and I will complete the task[redacted] was very helpful and supportive of my situation with the [redacted] Family I was able to move on from this moment.Thank you, [redacted]

[redacted] signed a contract to purchase [redacted] on May 21.2016. As his opportunity per contract he conducted inspections and submitted a list of repairs to the sellers, based on that inspection. There was a disagreement between the buyer and seller as to whether...
a Certified Structual Engineer was required per contract to conduct additional inspections by the seller. [redacted] decided he did not want to proceed toward closing. [redacted] was the closing attorney handling the preparation for closing of transaction, and was the Escrow agent for the escrow funds of $1000 submitted by [redacted] [redacted] and the seller executed a Release of Agreement, which directed the Escrow agent, [redacted] as to how to disburse the escrow funds. The agreement was to split; $500 to seller and $500 to buyer. [redacted] attached a statement that he would investigate and pursue further. Funds were released according to the agreement on June 8, 2016.Our agent, in consultation with Broker In Charge handled this transaction, according to our limitations per license law. Unfortunately, the seller and the buyer could not agree as to how to proceed toward consummating this transaction. It is always our goal to provide the best service possible to our clients, and always displeasing to us as a company when we have a dissatisfied client. Hate that this happened and we were not able to help him find a resolution that pleased him. [redacted] is more then welcome to contact myself or [redacted] our Broker In Charge to discuss further.
