Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to a complaint filed by Shelley Johnson Complaint ID#: [redacted]. First off I would like to state that we respond to every consumer contact whether it is good comments or negative comments. The party who submitted the complaint was represented...

by another real estate company in the purchase of a home which we had listed through our office. In the complaint the party states that they attempted to contact the listing agent and myself, the broker after the close of escrow about an issue with the property. My agent and I have searched all emails in our system and found no such attempt at contact and we also did not receive any phone calls from the complainant or their representative. The spds (Sellers Property Disclosure Report)  report noted in the complaint is a document completed by the seller at time of listing and is in the sellers own words, to the best of their knowledge, including dates and signature regarding the condition of the property. We as agents have nothing to do with filling out this seller document. Closing time frames are subject to negotiation between buyer and seller. Again the real estate agents involved with the sale do not have control over the length of the close of escrow as each is unique and individual. We are sorry to hear of any issues with homes that are sold. We are investigating the issue and have brought the seller into the conversation to see how this may be quickly resolved. Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] I have all the e-mails starting with one dated April 2, 2015 after the camera crew was out to inspect the sewer line, this e-mail was sent to [redacted] who in turn forwarded it to [redacted] the agent and no response from [redacted]. My agent continued to e-mail [redacted] with NO response from her at all regarding this issue and her lack of response left my agent no choice but to go above to the manager. Then my agent sent an e-mail to [redacted] the branch manager and again no response from her. The lack of response from the agent and the branch manager forced me to take a harsher action. I have copies of all e-mails from my agent in her attempt to get some answer and a resolution with no avail. The problem is NOT resolved and at this time I am declining your solution to resolve this problem since there was none offered.
