Keller Williams is the worst, dishonest, swindling company in real estate I have ever dealt with. We contacted Keller Williams in Plantation Florida to list a property for rent. *** responded and we him to list the property for rent, A different real estate company brought us a client. They submitted information on the prospective tenant, everything appeared to be alright. The tenants were suppose to pay $1650.00 per month first, last, security deposit and a proration amount of $372.00. A total of $5322.00 was paid to *** To this day we have only received $2050.00. *** other realtor and the tenant conspired to get checks made out to the tenant's realtor. Later they cashed the checks and split the money. I contacted Cory by email, and text numerous times asking him to release and pay us in full what we are due. He never responded.. He took his portion of commission due $1650.00 and left us in a nightmare to be stuck with. The owner should always get their money , because it is their investment. We had invested over $5000.00 into repairs and renovations. I contacted the cooperate office., with no results. I contacted the broker ***, explained the situation. H e immediately stated he would make sure *** get me our money. He reneged, obviously he lied because he has been paid too. No one never ever imagine you are going to be scammed, and ripped-off by a real estate company. These people have no clue of what integrity, and morals mean. We have been going through this for over a month now, and have accomplished NOTHING. THIS HAS BEEN A LEARNING EXPERIENCE, NOT TO SIGN UNTIL I SEE THE MONEY, YOU CAN NOT TRUST NO ONE. Listing a property for rent involve more than just listing it on MLS, and getting a horrible tenant, Realtors are obligated to make sure u receive the money owed to you, they collected. I paid this company for a service, which was not completed, or done professionally. We want money back from this trifling.company.

We have tried to share with Ms. how the money is divided. The first month's rent goes to the commissions. The balance goes to her, minus any prorations. The tenant inadvertently made checks payable to her broker. We asked Ms. several times to exchange the checks and she refused. She was extremely difficult to deal with because she would not listen, nor cooperate.
We finally got the broker to make cashiers checks out to Ms ***.. and exchanged one of the two checks. She somehow cashed the other Cashiers check.
Ms *** also filed a suit with FREC... which we addressed.
Ms. was just adamant about her being taken advantage of. She didn't like either *** the other broker... nor the tenant.
All monies were accounted for. FREC was satisfied.. and we moved on.
BTW, KW is the largest real estate in the world. Plantation is one of the top companies in Broward County. We didn't get there by taking advantage of our clients.
We have never had a complaint filed against us... so this concerns us.

My complaint is based on the broker's and agent's conduct, dishonesty, negligence and unprofessionalism.
The ridiculous lie they continue to circulate is irrational. No one is going to refuse to meet with a person who owe them $1420.00. The agent got angry with me and were conspiring with the tenant's agent and the tenants. I emailed and texted him to ask for assistance with getting paid in full. HE REFUSED TO HELP. A copy of the letter is attached. I then went to the broker who is equally as crazy and mean as Cory the agent. He lied and said initially he would help resolve it. After talking to the tenant's agent and Cory he reneged and flipped on me got angry and refuse to do anything to help. I have never experienced any realtor this cruel, irate, and unreasonable to deal with. I rented this property March 25, and we did not get paid in full until May 12,20. We would have never got paid unless I had to file a complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission. Which a copy of the complaint is attached.
***,and *** are BIG LIARS !! They received their commission and refused to correct the issue for us the owner's to get paid.
I never refused to meet with anyone to get my money. I never cashed the two checks made out to the tenant's agent, because my back would not except them. Both checks were given to Cory on May 12,20. I had my phone on video and have proof of the entire transaction. No one deserve to pay a realtor and they entrap the owner in this kind of chaos.
I do not care about the size of the office or Keller Williams volume of agents and clients. This office is horrible and have no respect, show no responsibility toward their clients. They are a nightmare to deal with. Additionally the information Cory Jones provided for the tenants were fraudulent. The tenants are scammers and have never paid money since moving in, and owe 4 months rent...FREE -LOADING. WE CAN NOT EVICT BECAUSE OF THE GOVERNORS EVICTION MORATORIUM.
