She explained to me that the landlord said he would consider an application from you, knowing that you had two
dogs Landlord was within his landlord requirements/criteria which said, case by case for pets
When he said he would consider an application, he did not say, he would not continue to receive and consider other applications from other tenants
Once you placed your application, the landlord viewed all the applications and made his determination as to which tenant/tenants met the most of his landlord criteria
Unfortunately, we cannot make the decision for the landlord, nor can we refund the application fee which was made with the full knowledge that there were other applications on the property Additionally, the applicant was told the application fees were non refundable and still
applicant decided to continue the process of making an application
We regret that your application was not chosen but we do not feel that we can issue a refund If the landlord should decide to do so, it is his/her decision

We were told that ONE dog up to lbswould be acceptable, which is all that we absolutely neededThen, we were told it was no pets or small pet after we paid the feesI do have proof of the employee stating that the landlord is "now trying to lease to someone with no pets or small pet"At that time, another applicant had not been selected yetThe criteria changed, which no longer made us considerable applicants and that is unethicalLeasing agents should not even accept applications unless they have finalized data for rental criteriaI will continue with my other complaints, as well as taking this story to the local news stations to raise awareness for other consumers, and ensure that as many people as possible do not use Keller Williams if this is they way the company operatesIn addition, the agent hung up on me and admitted to it via emailI have never dealt with a more unprofessional person, and on top of *** *** lack of ethics, this has been horrible customer service each time I have spoken to the company and it's employees
