Business states that the consumer stalked the agent to the point that they had to request an order of protection and was jailed The agent also had to change residents

My response is as follows; The property in question, *** *** *** *** ** *** was not listed in the multiple listing service by me until 10/1/The complainant did not call myself or my office prior to 10/1/She actually called Rosalind *** at *** who previously had this
property listed as a short sale which was listed on 5/28/and finally expired in the MLS on 7/6/It was under contract with the previous listing agent and a different buyer’s agent from 6/10/until Rosalind realized that the property had become a foreclosure and her short sale contract would not close. I received an email from Wells Fargo on 10/1/stating that an *** *** wished to view the house and submit an offer and that she had called the listing agent Rosslyn and that Rosslyn had told her that the property was now owned by Wells FargoI replied to Wells Fargo that evening to inform them that she had contact the previous agent, not myselfI called *** *** at *** on 10/2/to discuss the property and the terms and conditions surrounding the purchase of a Wells Fargo foreclosureDue to the condition of this property, it needed to be a cash sale or a 203k rehab loan as it’s condition is not good enough to pass standard financingI did leave the contact information for James *** II, the loan officer for Wells Fargo to call about obtaining 203K rehab financingJim called me on 10/2/to go over the property condition and make sure we had no other optionsHe confirmed that cash or rehab loan were our only options for this asset. Wells Fargo has set requirements for offers on all REO assetsListing days 1-7, no offers will be entertainedListing days 8-15, offers from the following only; Buyers purchasing a property as their primary residenceMunicipalities purchasing a residence or vacant lotNon-profit buyers purchasing a residence or a vacant lotListing days 16+ All offers entertained only after any offers submitted days 8-have been fully vetted. The complainant states that her agent did speak with meWhen a buyer states that they are represented by a real estate agent already, I cannot ethically interfere with that relationship and can only give limited detailsThe buyer needs to obtain their information through the agent representing their interest in the transactionAll agents in our multiple listing service had access to a showing scheduler link in the Realtor only remarks field that confirmed all showings and gave them showing instructions instantly via emailAgents from the neighboring board were manually entered into the showing scheduler by myself to give them a chance to view this with their buyersagents with a total of total showings occurred at this property. By 10/9/2015, multiple offers had been received from agents from various real estate firmsOn 10/11/2015, an email request was sent to all agents who had previously shown the property advising them that multiple offers had been received and that highest and best offers were due in by 5pm on 10/13/The seller did select a winning owner occupant bidder from those offers. At the time *** *** submitted her complaint to the Revdex.com, offers were not even being considered by the seller yet and her agent had multiple opportunities and ways to show the property to her, find her a loan officer to assist and submit her highest and best along with all of the other real estate agents. Ellen *** Associate Real Estate Broker Keller Williams *** Buffalo Northtowns Myriad Team

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Scott was and is a friend of mine and I have never stalked him, unless he had decided to give me silence treatments.I was never jailed, as far as I know, but I have resolved the issue with Keller Williams' CEO Karen M[redacted] and wait for Scott to make up for the missunderstanding.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Well it is nice to hear her side of the story. I am rather shocked though to hear that she attempted to contact me. My Verizon bill has no record of this attempt and no voicemail proving it. She is correct that I did contact Rosalind at [redacted]. However, before that I contacted Keller Williams Realty. It was KW [redacted] that told me this property was handed off to [redacted]. Once Rosalind told me it was bank owned, I then contacted Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo told me that it was indeed KW [redacted] that the property is listed through and to contact Ellen [redacted] for more information. We went round and round trying to get ahold of Ellen. Eventually with no answer we felt obligated to bring in our own real estate agent. Once our real estate agent got ahold of us, she told us that it was a cash only purchase. This was different from what Wells Fargo had told us (which was cash or 203k loan). We tried calling Ellen again to clarify this information but still she didn’t bother to get back to us even though I stated my urgency to speak with her.  It is completely fine if a real estate agency does not want to “ethically interfere” with the relationship I had with a different realtor. I understand that, however the point of the matter is that we tried reaching out multiple times and not ONCE do either of us have record of her attempted call(s) . It wasn’t until AFTER we found her ELLEN be non-compliant that we decided to get outside help with another realtor. Wells Fargo told us that we HAD to submit an offer through Ellen because she was the listing agent for the home. How can you submit an offer to some[redacted] when they will not contact you  back? We are the buyer, we don’t know all the stipulations of purchasing certain types of homes. It is the job of a [redacted] company to supply you with that information.  I have paper ph[redacted] proof record that I myself called Ellen [redacted] at (716) [redacted] on 9/30, 10/1, and 10/2 inquiring about the property. My Fiancé’ also attempted to contact her at the same ph[redacted] number on 4 different occasions. He once contacted her cell ph[redacted] at (716) [redacted]. He also has record of these calls. All in which we left messages for. We had no idea when offers were being submitted, reviewed or finalized; again because she failed to contact us. It wasn’t until 10/6/15 after submitting the complaint with Revdex.com that I heard back from any[redacted] from Keller William Realty. Her name was Susan [redacted] and she had left a message offering to show me the property. It was not Ellen that reached out to me. At that point I didn’t want to bother with the Keller Williams [redacted] because I was fed up at that point.
t takes a few minutes to pick up the ph[redacted] and call some[redacted].  A few messages explaining our desperation to speak with her should have been enough, but it was not. She could have clarified our questions and she could have told us how she didn’t want to interfere with our real estate agent. We did not know this.  Not only did she lose out on a potential sale but she gave the company a bad name. Nothing she provided resolved this issue. She did not call me, nor did she call my fiancé. I have ph[redacted] records to prove it. I feel the company should speak with their employees and communicate with them the importance of their business. They are in business to sell homes, right? So why would you want a person working for you that don't communicate back to potential home buyers?  Regards,  [redacted]
