It is unfortunate that the buyer is having issues with the house but we cannot as a company, afford to insure the quality of each home that is purchased using our agents Having a home inspection was an option, however the inspection was waived by the buyer

Please see the response below from the referenced realtor."I am writing in response to the complaints filed by Mr *** to the Revdex.comAfter showing the mobile home to of Mr***'s family members, Mr*** informed me that he wanted to submit an offerIn order for the offer to be accepted
it was necessary for Mr& Mrs*** to be approved by the mobile home parkI facilitated his acceptance by taking the park's application into the park's office I told him there was an application fee of $that I paid out of my own pocketOnce they received approval from the mobile home park, and the offer was accepted I instructed Mr*** to mail the EMD (earnest money deposit) to the Title Company, giving him the escrow number and addressThe Title company received the check on 3/14/I then discussed with Mr*** the recommendation that he have a home inspection done and that it would cost $400.00, Mr*** informed me that he did not want to have an inspection doneOn March 29, 2016informed Mr *** of what the closing cost's would be and how much should be sent to the Title Company so we could close escrowMr*** was upset that the Title Company was charging a settlement fee as well as a delivery fee totaling $Mr *** informed me he did not have the funds to pay itSince I knew his wife had been sick and they just had sold their home and needed to move, I told Mr *** that I would take the fees out of my commissionOnce Title figured the new amount needed I informed Mr *** of the amount to send to Title to close EscrowMr*** never sent me any funds directly, we closed escrow on 4/4/In June I received a phone call from *** saying that the dishwasher had leaked and the floor was weak in the laundry room, I informed Mr *** that unfortunately he had waived the home inspectionThe last time I talked to Mr*** he said he understood and that he wanted a new dishwasher anywayHe told me that it was okay, that he was going to get a new dishwasher anyway."

In regard to the letter from Keller Williams I don't remember an application fee of $35.00 that she had paid. As far as the inspection fee she told that she didn't know if I wanted one or not but the fee would be $400.00 and I told her being [redacted] that I would waive the inspection being her telling me that the only thing is that it had a few nail holes in the wall. But after I arrived I noticed that the dishwasher ran water all over the countertop and that there was a soft sunken spot in the laundry room back door. I called [redacted] and talked to her about it she said that being she had been in the home and being the ex daughter in law she had noticed the spot. She also told me that Mr. [redacted] told her that the dishwater worked. Mr. [redacted] told me when I called him that he had never used it and the only thing I want is for them to replace the dishwasher and repair the floor.. at not time was I upset about the escrow cost because I knew that would have to be paid because of home bying before. I did not tell her that I did not have the funds. I just told her that I was not going to send her anymore money.
