Review: I received a letter from [redacted] an agent of Keller Williams. She identified herself as The Certified Mortgage Forgiveness Specialist for Spokane County who has been assigned to our case. The letter is offering to postpone our foreclosure 3-9 months, save my credit & get me mortgage debt forgiveness. I am keeping the letter and hope someone at Keller Williams will be upset by this. I have used Keller Williams in the past and I am shocked that they are involved in this out right lie. She only adds in the footer that "this is not a solicitation for a listing Keller Williams of Spokane" I guess she did not want to upset other Agents!Desired Settlement: That they no longer allow their agents to do this.

I am responding per your request for the aforementioned Case ID number.

I have spoken with our agent and reviewed this complaint. Our agent is engaging in a legitimate, legal and compliant practice. Our agent's initial consultation is completely free and with no obligation. Furthermore, in the six months our agent has partnered with this vendor she has successfully assisted 7 members of the public in the various ways outlined in the subject letter. In addition, our agent has an additional 4 members of the public she is currently working with to accomplish their goals and/or avoid the perils outlined in the subject letter.

Our agents states she has never received any communication from the complainant and neither have I. The "Customer's Statement of the Problem" misrepresents what our agent's letter actually says and claims. So I'm unclear as to where the "out right lie" is as alleged by the complainant. It's unfortunate that the Complainant has reacted from a letter without doing any investigation and/or calling our agent or myself to make additional inquiries.

This program has helped several members of the public in Spokane all of whom I'm sure were grateful they received such a letter.

I'm more than happy to discuss any concerns this complainant has with regards to this program and answers any questions. First, he must give me and/or our agent the opportunity.
