Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The way Keller Williams Sunset Corridor, through Sheryll F[redacted], has dealt with this complaint from the beginning, is to attack, and torment me. In hopes I'm sure to deflect what injustices they were responsible for. It is similar to when a woman is raped; and the defense attorney for the rapist/defendant attacks the rape victim, and tries to make it seem like the attack was her fault, and the rapist was really a nice guy...He is not a nice guy, no matter what kind of spin you put on it...He is a rapist...And Keller Williams Sunset Corridor is a firm not to be trusted, no matter how bad they try to make me sound.
I will be discontinuing this complaint, not because it is resolved, but because it is affecting my health. And that is too high a price to pay!

I'm the Principal Broker for Keller Williams Sunset Corridor, and I have spoken with [redacted], who has made this complaint, on many occasions in the past few weeks, and we have emailed back and forth as well. She and I have also spoken with the listing agent's Principal Broker.  [redacted] is...

correct, Holly [redacted] is no longer with Keller Williams Sunset Corridor, and Holly did say she wouldn't pay for the new electrical panel.  Both the listing Principal Broker and I, on the other hand, have tried to help [redacted], not because we have done anything wrong, but because we understand how frustrating it must be for her to have your insurance cancelled over the electrical box and because she had no money to replace it. It was unfortunate and surprising that a licensed inspector would miss such an important system of the property in their inspection.  The inspection company has given back the money [redacted] paid for the inspection.
To help [redacted], KWSC was willing to pay the electrician half the cost of the replacement of the panel, and the Listing Principal Broker was willing to nearly pay the other half. There was a $150 deficit which he suggested could be paid for out of the money that the inspector gave her. [redacted] was adamant that the money from the inspector was "her money" and she wouldn't be using it for the electrical panel. She was very angry with KWSC and the other real estate company because we weren't paying for the whole thing. We felt that there was no wr[redacted] doing on the part of our company, however, we would help [redacted] because of the hardship.
The conversation broke down when [redacted] began to call and harass others in my office insisting that KWSC pay for the whole panel. She told me "I don't want to talk to you, just give me my money.   She screamed at both the listing PB and me on several occasions.  We had referred her to a very good real estate attorney named Kate Brooke for legal help if she wanted it. [redacted], as evidenced in her complaint above, was mad that we would refer this person to her "because she was deaf". Kate is not deaf, and even if she were, it's very unkind to speak about others in the way she does, particularly if there is a handicap involved.
My heart does go out to [redacted] for her dilemma, and I dealt with her in a manner of respect which she did not reciprocate. It's hard to help someone like this.
