Was contacted by a John B today whom at first did not introduce himself but instead texted us randomly with a ton of misinformation on a home we had showed an interest on. When we asked how he got our personal information he explained he is endorsed by ***. After we filled him in on the the truths that contradicted his misinformation we expressed to him how we felt his introduction was unprofessional and impersonal. He simply responded with a "***". Normally, I don't take the time to complain about vulgar and disrespectful attitudes but this was completely uncalled for and out of the blue. We thought it was a Middle Eastern scam artist till we looked up his information and found out he is a local real estate agent for B Team real estate and Keller WIlliams associate. Awful first impression, I cant hardly believe how he plans to have any positive encounters with serious home buyers with an attitude such as the one we experienced today.
