Im gas heat stopped working at my home I put in a request here at Revdex.com.org and Tom was quick to respond I called him yesterday and he was able to schedule an appointment 9:AM the next day He was at the house promptly at 9:AM and figured out that the transformer on the boiler was dead The heater is over years old but it works and rather than say I needed to replace the whole unit he said I just needed to replace the transformer He had one in the truck along with an expansion tank because he noticed that the existing one I had needed to be replaced as well The whole fix took about hours He was friendly and a great guy to talk to, I learned a thing or two about the unit I had installed and that goes a long way to helping me maintain it I put his card in my file and I will definitely be using him in the future if I need any other work done It's a year old house so I'm sure that will be sooner than later

44115 To Whom It May Concern? RE:  Complaint  ID#[redacted]    The complaintant listed their property for sale with Keller Williams Greater Cleveland S E for a period of six months beginning on July 24, 2017 and expiring on January 31, 2018. On November 8, 2017 they requested a release from this Agreement.  We gave them the release. There were several costs incurred for processing and promoting their property including administrative fees and professional photography. They would like the return of the $295.00 we charged for these costs. We will return the $295.00 to them even though they did not honor their commitment to the Listing Agreement. Yours truly,Keller Williams Greater Cleveland SE
