After the diagnostic you where explained that the clutch master and slave where a TO START POINT and there maybe more work neededAfter the repairs where made we drove the vehicle there was an improvement however we did inform you that we saw motor mounts moving and the transmission felt like it
was going bad. You told us you would take it and drive it, we did inform you of the issue and notated it on you invoice. When you had it towed back in we re informed you that it was the transmission and you stated to us that you had a NEW transmission and clutch replaced 13,mile ago and there is no way that it was bad. You then took it over to AAMCO ant they told you that the transmission was bad too. *** from AAMCO called me and we talked about your car he stated that he explained to you that he believes that the clutch and the transmission may have been a problem to begin with and he would have started with the clutch also he informed me that the transmission that you had replaced was a junk yard unit not new like you told us as well. We will not refund you any money due to the fact that the clutch was worn out the fly wheel and pressure plate had bad hot spots on them and the clutch material was worn also the clutch slave was leaking plus you where told this was a to start point and there could have been more problems and we informed you of that when we where finished. Also attached is the repair order that states that we informed you that we felt that there was a transmission problem and there are the pictures of the parts in question as well
