We do apologize that the customer has not received her order. I will make sure that it goes out immediately. However, we offered her a product credit to be courteous to begin with. We do NOT give refunds on our weekend events that we have (that she paid partially for) unless the event sells...
completely out. We still have to pay for the venues that we rent for these events, so we cannot issue refunds until someone fills an empty spot...and we start with over 100 spots.

I am making you aware that I got a response late Friday evening from [redacted] with Keller's Creations, after I submitted my complaint on the Revdex.com website. I have pasted the message below. This was in response to my seventh contact to them, sent earlier that evening. My messaged advised them that because I had still not received a response from them, I would immediately be trying to locate their local Revdex.com and would be submitting a complaint.

I was briefly checking my email before the show in Manchester this morning and saw this...I don't know what happened because I remember packing your order, but since I'm not home, I can't check shipping records. I called [redacted] & told her to send what she can today from there (she lives a few hours from me) and let me know what I need to sendMonday.
I asked her about this, and your last email that she replied to was the week that her grandmother came home with hospice then passed away that week WAY sooner than expected. It's absolutely not an excuse, but that's why she forgot to follow up. I'm very sorry about that.
You know that I care very much about this business & our customers, and we will work hard to resolve this for you!
