Cause they told me they just wanted to be able to paint the garage so I bid for a level 3 which is ready for texture ,yes you will see the seems with no texture. they did not say smooth wall which is a level 5. They said they understood by say its a garage we just want to get it ready for paint. In the house we hung sheetrock in between logs. They told me that they needed no more than a 1/2 in around all the edges of the logs so they can do there chanking. So that's what we gave them, textured it all then when we are done she says on I need it tighter.So all the done work is being repatched and there log cabin kitchen has to be remasked. The logs could have been chanked up to a 1IN and needed to be in spot because the logs are not straight or even nothing is consistent. Patch in bed room on a sun wall , told her you will see it if you don't take all the sheet rock out, she wanted me to patch it. I did that patch twice.She was just to picky and not understanding on what she wanted making us re do all that stuff just made it worse.Both party's agreed and she paid me. I told her I wound come back up if there is a spot we would fix it. Months later she is unsatisfied getting many phone calls to me and my brother. the relationship was shot.
