providing us with the information about the complaint filed against Kelley Construction. As you know we strive to provide the highest quality and customer satisfaction possible to all our clients.

In regards to the complaints made by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], Kelley Construction has been working with the Greenlees' to get there job completed as quickly as possible. The paint issues have been addressed several times and Kelly Construction continues to try and correct the issue. I have sent numerous messages to both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to try and come up with a resolution for their concerns. I have contacted the Sherwin Williams Representative to look at the paint issues and help come up with a plan of action to resolve the problem.
I received a text message on 10/29/2015 at 8:55 PM from Mr. [redacted] in his text he stated he would like to work with Kelley Construction to get these problems resolved and said he needed a response no later than 10/31/2015 at 5:00 pm. I responded to Mr. [redacted] on 10/30/2015 at 7:49 AM and asked Mr. [redacted] when he and Mrs. [redacted] would be available to meet with me and the representative from Sherwin Williams paint to look at the problem areas and come up with a cause and a solution to the problem areas that they felt were incorrect. I received no response. I sent another message to both Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] both on 11/01/2015 at 3:32 PM again asking when I could meet with them both and the paint representative to discuss their concerns and how we could address them. Again I received no response. I sent another message to Mrs. [redacted] on 11/02/2015 at 9:18 AM again asking if we could possible meet on 11/3/2015 to try and get the problems addressed, I again received no response.
On the morning of 11/3/2015 Kelley Construction received an e-mail containing the complaint filed with the Revdex.com. Kelley Construction has made several attempts to resolve the issues that the Greenlees are having with the paint, even as far as having paint specialists ready to come look at the problem areas again. We have made several attempts to contact Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] after they said they wanted to work with Kelley construction to get the problems resolved only to find out that they instead contacted the Revdex.com instead of corresponding with Kelley Construction like they requested on 10/29/2015 at 8:55 PM.

All that is left on Mr. [redacted] project is the guttering and downspouts. Our gutter crews are several weeks behind because of all the hail damage in the area. We informed Mr. [redacted] of this delay several times. The billing did go out by mistake...

At the conclusion of our meeting with them we did a final walk through and they were very satisfied with the end repairs and told Kelley construction that they were going to retract the complaint with the Revdex.com. We will contact the [redacted] to see if we could be of any further assistance to them.

[redacted] at Kelley Construction responded and came on 8/7/15 to complete the work that was requested to be done. After we paid and agreed that work was completed, the water out of the shower was dark brown similar to Coca Cola. We waited for a week hoping that this would stop. We called a licensed independent plumber for a second opinion and learned that the piping used was black nickel. We were told that any "licensed professional would be aware not to use this type of piping in plumbing fixtures".end quote We were told that either "galvanized steel or brass" would be acceptable plumbing parts. A second licensed professional inspected the valve and piping as well and concurred that the piping that was used was not acceptable by state standards. He referred to it was "gas line piping" that it isn't used in bathroom plumbing fixtures.
We incurred a bill of $103.95 to correct this problem.

On behalf of [redacted] Construction, I would like to thank you for providing us with the information about the complaint filed against [redacted] Construction. As you know we strive to provide the highest quality and customer satisfaction possible to all our clients.
Upon receiving the first complaint we contacted the [redacted]'s immediately to resolve any issues that they felt were unfinished. We met the [redacted]'s at their residence and corrected all the issues that they felt were unfinished or unhappy with. We did a through walk through walk through the entire project and the informed us they were very satisfied with the project. They also stated that they think it turned out very good and they were very happy with the end product. They went so far as to say they were going to retract their original complaint and asked how to go about retracting it with the Revdex.com.
As you can imagine we were very surprised to learn that they had again contacted you without a single phone call to us with their concerns. If we had received a call from them we would have more than happy to come out and rectify any problems or concerns that they had immediately. As I stated earlier we strive to maintain happy and very satisfied customers and if there is a problem or concern we to correct that issue promptly.
