Per phone conversation with company:Talked to Dean who has been handling the file for Mr [redacted] and he advised that there are several asbestos trusts that are set up that they apply for on behalf of the consumer He also advised that there are documents that they request from the consumer per the guidelines of each individual trustOne being a trade to job pairing guideline; based on this document the consumer provides information regarding their particular job and that information is forwarded to the trust to determine the settlement.Dean advised that based on the information the consumer provided, this was provided to the trust and they cannot change the settlement decision He advised that this information has been discussed with the consumer several times but Mr [redacted] did not seem to understand
I am not satisfied with the response from Kelley&FerraroEach time I speak to someone at the firm, I get a different scenario. All they say in their response to the Revdex.com is that they have spoken to me, but there is no solution. They say that they do not a a wrongful death claim for my uncle,but they do because we get correspondence regarding wrongful death claim Case # ***We have also gotten letters with different disease levels for himWhich level is it?
