When I first met with the rep for my area she was very informative on the items I was looking to order for my business. After my first deliver things when south. I'd ordered a two crates of milk, I was told they lasted 30 days. One crate was set to expire two days later, the other in a week. They were only now picked up(two weeks later), and I still have never received a credit for them. Several items I had ordered through my rep turned out to be completely different on arrival, my 10lbs of a generic brand Cocoa turned into 3lbs of a high cost name brand, some other drinks I ordered turned out to be twice as much as was quoted. My rep was not much help, either clueless as to how to fix the problem or unwilling to fix the problem. There seemed to be a very big disconnect between the reps and the people filling the orders at the warehouse and the drivers. I was constantly told one thing and the opposite would happen, with a new business this just isn't convenient.
