I am rejecting this response because: The statement by Bob with Kelley AC is incorrect. The rebate has nothing to do with any offer of services by Kelley. The rebate is through Excel Energy. Kelley is an authorized installer for Excel and has agreed to do what is required by Excel such that Excel customers can obtain a rebate. The rebate is paid through Excel and not Kelley so the fact that they made no mention of it in their quote is not relevant and of no significance. Kelley is listed as an approved installer on the Excel website. It should be noted that Kelley responded to phone calls by Excel but Kelley refused to return any phone calls and messages to me regarding this issue and basically was unresponsive. Although they have said that they have submitted the paperwork to Excel I cannot be sure of that given their history to date. I would like to obtain the Excel refund first before agreeing that they have in fact fulfilled their part. All of this could have been avoided if I could have received a phone call or message back from them. This is poor service after a very good installation. PW
