[redacted] has been a long time customer and is currently on her third copier lease with Kelley Imaging Systems.   Ms. [redacted] has always signed long term leases as our company does not offer month-to-month leases for new copiers.   In late 2012, our sales rep...

approached her practice about upgrading the copier which was nearing the end of the lease.   The sales rep, [redacted] proposed a machine that was on special in November of 2012.  [redacted] decided not to accept the offer.   In February 2013, she did accept another offer and signed a 60 month lease agreement.   In bold print next to her signature the contract states: "This agreement is non-cancelable and irrevocable. It cannot be terminated. Please read carefully before signing."[redacted] paid on the lease for nearly 22 months (February 2013 to December 2014)before making her claim that she did not intend to lease the equipment.  Kelley Imaging has provided all the service, support and supplies to keep the machine performing to standard specifications.Kelley Imaging does not believe this claim has merit.   [redacted] wants to close her practice and thinks Kelley Imaging should pick up the equipment and cancel the lease with three years remaining.  Kelley Imaging is more than willing to work out a settlement and minimize the financial impact to [redacted] as much as possible. We hope this can be resolved amicably.
