I gave them a copy of the cancelled check for the cleaningThe house WAS NOT left that dirty as they claimI had the carpets professionally cleaned and they did receive a copy of that as wellThey are being very unreasonable and unprofessional about the entire situationI have email records of them changing their word around and giving me the run around as well as showing how they DO NOT respond in a timely mannerAnd if we have to take it to the courts, I *** be more then happy to see it there!

The home was left filthyWe have the pictures to show the judgeWe welcome the opportunity to let the judge deside this case as the owners are well within their rights to hire someone to clean up the filthy mess and do the repairsI have no copy of a check given to a cleaning companyWe need real evidence that tenant did in fact attempt to have the property cleanedWe have given the tenant ample time to produce a cleaning invoiceNothing yet because no one cleaned the homeThe carpets were damaged as well but this tenant could care less
FYI - Tenant was given notice to terminate the tenancy for a reasonLet's just settle this in court and get it over with

They again are accusing me of something that is far from the truthThey do this only because they think they can get away with itI doubt it was the owners that even "charged" that amount and am pretty sure that they have benefited from itIt's ironic that they said they gave me ample time when it was them that would not respond in a timely mannerI am just in disbelief and am disgusted by their business practicesI guess the courts it is!

[redacted] & Holly [redacted] did apply for one of the rental properties we were advertising. They did view the property before submitting their applications. They were charged $31.00 for each application submitted.
Both applications were...

submitted to our vendors for examination and both were not approved. Both [redacted] & Holly [redacted] were told that there applications were not approved. We offered to give them copies of the results of their applications.
We did inform them that the application fees are not refundable. Our website and our applications do disclose in bold letters that the application fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, each application examination does cost an average of $100.00 so we are not able to refund application fees at any time.
[redacted] did get angry at the point of yelling at my staff over the phone line and a 2nd time at our office the day after they were told the result of their application examination. We did call the Sebastopol Police Department for advise on what to do with these hostile and angry applicants.
I personally was here at the office when the applicants turned in their two applications and [redacted] Rentals staff was professional towards the applicants and not disrespectful in any way. Our Bookkeeper was hear at the office when the applicants came back to the office to request the application fees be returned to them. Our Bookkeeper did observe that [redacted] was very hostile, angry and did in fact intimidate our receptionist to the point of tears. Our bookkeeper did stop [redacted] from intimidating our receptionist and did point out on the application paper work the big bold letter stating application fees are not refundable. Our bookkeeper did have to inform [redacted] that if he refused to leave our office, we would call the Sebastopol Police Department a 2nd time.
In conclusion, I would like to state for the record, most of the statements in the complaint from [redacted] were false or inaccurate. I would never allow any staff member at [redacted] Rentals Property Management, Inc. to mistreat or violate the public trust.

First the staff of course was nice before they got your money but at no time were they professional, they where all laughing and joking about not approving anyone and when they heard us discussing not applying they told us we could change our minds and get a refund if we did it in the next day or so. Also at no time did they offer to give me copies of anything even though I asked for them in fact they refused to give me anything. Also they state that they talked to Holly. this is a lie they never once spoke to her. Also they claim the receptionist cried that is total be her and I got along just fine I realize she has nothing to do with the questionable business practices of the company, we hardly had time to talk before the bookkeeper (who I was informed was gone for the day)came storming out of where she was hiding and started yelling and screaming like it came out of her lunch money. No one ever said anything about leaving the so called bookkeeper stormed off without giving me a chance to speak leaving myself and the receptionist speechless and as she stormed away she said she was going to call the police for what reason I can't imagine other than she expected me to be rightfully mad for being so rudely treated and obviously ripped off. I said please do call the police because they needed reported for their unscrupulous business practices and then I waited outside for a good while but the police were obviously not called. . I thought that it maybe was just this one person at [redacted] who was the problem but now that I see the blatent lies that the owner has written I see that the whole operation is crooked and would advise anyone who is considering doing business with them to save their time and money there are good companies out there such as the one who didn't find any of the problems that they claim from the same exact companies and we had a better house for a better price the same day all this business took place with [redacted] ,so keep looking if a property is handled by [redacted] rentals whether you are a renter or buyer or someone looking for a company to handle your property for you
