Attached are the unprofessional and irresponsible emails [redacted] and her staff wrote about the lack of AC., including When I requested a partial refund, I was told that management- "conversations among people causes any room or transportation to not remain cool" That is preposterous! And " -"When a bus is filled up and people are conversing, the bus does not remain ice cold." -"Historically, a bus will only cool down degrees cooler than outside, and this is when it is empty;" If I had been aware of these statements I would have done business with a more reputable companyIt is obvious that this " reputable company of over yrshave horrible reviews and every experience with them is negative Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:they are irresponsible and unreliableThey assume "these people they do not know, are liars"I guess their irresponsibility to get money for a poor service is a one time deal Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Attached is the other email chain between [redacted] ***, our salesperson, and our GM As regards [redacted] ***'s "rebuttal"...she just repeats her rants from the original complaint and the first email I'd sent to Revdex.com At NO TIME did I call her or her guests liars or intimate that they were liars I was at all times professional and reasonable I cannot say the same for what she replied, and further submits to Revdex.com I simply stated that we spoke to the driver and he indicated that there was not an issue with the air conditioning, and that several people opened windows which, in essence, shuts the a/c down [redacted] initial reply (at my direction), was to deny a refund (it was odd that [redacted] waited a week before any mention of an issue) However, as I mentioned to [redacted] ***, she seemed to feel very strongly about this and offered to obtain statements from her passengers So, I told her that if she sent sworn statements, I would take those statements at their word and return $of the $she paid All of the transportation was provided, and we would only be retaining $for a full night's service After her emails deteriorated into accusations and irrational statements, I still maintained my position and offer All of this is documented in the two emails sent to Revdex.com As a last item, her reference to "nothing but bad reviews" is certainly no reference to Revdex.com There are two negative reviews from a previous wedding on ***, and they are written by the bride and groom from the same wedding! [redacted] will not remove one of those reviews I am hoping that Revdex.com maintains a more reasonable stance and *** when provided with all of the information I have provided here I look forward to a favorable resolution to this matter Thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

Please see the attached email correspondence trail I believe it is self explanatory [redacted] *** offered affadavits from her passengers/guests, but refused to obtain them when we accepted her offer She instead suggested we call and email several individuals We have no way of knowing who these people are or verifying their identity We are a small business and don't have the staff or time to do such a thing, and as per the email, [redacted] *** is our customer, not a group of individuals Per the written Acceptance of the charter which she signed, we are not responsible for mechanical malfunctions As I mentioned to her, however, due to the strong convictions she seemed to have about this matter, I offered more than 50% refund if she obtained a simple notarized statement from those passengers, attesting to what she had claimed Her emails become nasty, accusatory, and extremely unprofessional, and her responses have no correlation to what I've written, which has none of the aforementioned tone But I still maintained the offer She did not want to pay for a luxury coach bus, but only wanted to pay for an activity bus, and this somehow turned into "this was not the bus I wanted" I'm concerned that this has somehow "fueled" her, as well as the comments her "friends" made about the "prison bus" I will send the first set of emails under separate cover, as it appears that I can only attach one email here I feel strongly that this is an unfair complaint and should not be posted Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] initial reply (at my direction), was to deny a refund (it was odd that [redacted] waited a week before any mention of an issue).  However, as I mentioned to [redacted], she seemed to feel very strongly about this and offered to obtain statements from her passengers.  So, I told her that if she sent sworn statements, I would take those statements at their word and return $500 of the $845 she paid.   All of the transportation was provided, and we would only be retaining $445 for a full night's service.

After her emails deteriorated into accusations and irrational statements, I still maintained my position and offer.  All of this is documented in the two emails sent to Revdex.com.

And  " -"When a bus is filled up and people are conversing, the bus does not remain ice cold."  -"Historically, a bus will only cool down 20 degrees cooler than outside, and this is when it is empty;" If I had been aware of these statements I would have done business with a more reputable company. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:they are irresponsible and unreliable. They assume "these people they do not know, are liars". I guess their irresponsibility to get money for a poor service is a one time deal.
Sincerely,

[redacted] offered affadavits from her passengers/guests, but refused to obtain them when we accepted her offer.  She instead suggested we call and email several...

individuals.  We have no way of knowing who these people are or verifying their identity.  We are a small business and don't have the staff or time to do such a thing, and as per the email, [redacted] is our customer, not a group of individuals.

Per the written Acceptance of the charter which she signed, we are not responsible for mechanical malfunctions.   As I mentioned to her, however, due to the strong convictions she seemed to have about this matter, I offered more than 50% refund if she obtained a simple notarized statement from those passengers, attesting to what she had claimed.   Her emails become nasty, accusatory, and extremely unprofessional, and her responses have no correlation to what I've written, which has none of the aforementioned tone.   But I still maintained the offer.

She did not want to pay for a luxury coach bus, but only wanted to pay for an activity bus, and this somehow turned into "this was not the bus I wanted".  I'm concerned that this has somehow "fueled" her, as well as the comments her "friends" made about the "prison bus".

I will send the first set of emails under separate cover, as it appears that I can only attach one email here.

I feel strongly that this is an unfair complaint and should not be posted.

Review: In May 2014 I hired Kelley Transit to transport guests to my daughter's wedding from the [redacted] to [redacted]. And return 2 trips to the hotel. On 9/26 Guests that were picked up by Kelley transit complaint that there was no AC on the bus. About 46 of the guests dressed in Tuxedos and evening gowns opened windows to get some relief from heat.( it was about 77 degrees that day). I wrote to the company and what I received from them were insults in a way of innuendos. [redacted] responded to me with " conversations among people causes any room or transportation to not remain cool" That is preposterous! And " -"When a bus is filled up and people are conversing, the bus does not remain ice cold." -"Historically, a bus will only cool down 20 degrees cooler than outside, and this is when it is empty;" and finally "We spoke to the driver, and he advised that the air conditioning was operating normally when passengers boarded. This driver is extremely conscientious, and certainly would have contacted us immediately if any issue. This is how he responded to my inquiry. Some of my guests stated that if the company did not believe them they could sign an affidavit. It will be absolutely ridiculous to ask guests from MA, PA,NJ, CT and PR to take time from their busy lives to sign an affidavit to please [redacted] so she can reimburse me $500.00 that she offered. The initial charge was $845.00 . A horrible experience and embarrassment for our family. They concluded that they conducted an investigation and that the AC was working. I offered to give her names and or emails for her to speak to the guests that experience this and she refused. Unfortunately I did not ride the bus since I was already at the venue. I would have done business with a more reputable company. The passengers opened the window because there was No AC.Desired Settlement: A fair partial refund for failing to provide a bus with AC for a wedding on 9/26/14
