Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me IF your mailing a personal, business check you will find out if someone cashed out the check, I don’t care mailing carrier you decide to use I don’t think your going to mail it will see ! im done with you you as I said before do what you think is fair to do! The whole truth is that you and your company did not handle my claim in the “professional” manner like your call your company to be !bye !

I was notified by *** *** on 1/26/that she was not happy with our Sharpening Service and she wanted for us to pay for a repair that she stated needed to be done on her shearsShe also said she was a professionalhair stylistShe stated that she had brought her shears in on 12/3/for
sharpeningI told her if she was not happy with our service why am I just hearing about this problem nowWe have been in business for over twenty-eightyears and have sharpened thousands of professional shears per year, we will be happy to themShe said she had to go somewhere elseI told her if she was not happy we would be willing to give her the money back for the sharpening service which would total to $When we sharpen shears we always test them before returning themVery seldom do we ever have a problemIf for some reason the customer is not happy we are willing to redo the shear or refund the customerShe was very rude and short with me and said she wanted us to refund her for the new person she had foundI again said we would give her the $if she was not happy with our service but Iwould not give her the money back for someone else's jobShe said I would be sorry for not refunding her for someone else's job she would report us to the Revdex.com

I was waiting for a response before I mailed itI will mail it out on Monday certified mailSomeone will have to sign for the check to be sure you received it

I am rejecting this response because:the owner is making a statement per our previou conversation over the phone she denied to accept my complain by stating that their business never had a complain before which I don’t believe that maybe not through the business b, I was very short with her after taking all her *** attitude she was yelling making sure that I understand that her business never ever had a complaintShe did not want to take responsabilty for that poor quality and messing up my shearsInstead she questioned my profession and demanded address of my work place Crazy lady ! I asked her if she asked that same question to customers when they drop off their tools? Very unaproachable people to make business with My goal here is to definitely get my refund which is not worth all this trouble but I do think it’s important that this gets to you and take a look at this business poor quality service and horrible customer serviceI would definitely want my back and if business bureau would like to see my receipts of what I had to pay to getting fixed I will be happy to providedagain it’s very unfair and so low that this “professional business” is unable to accept responsibility .The dollars will not pay back all my time invested in this claim but I do want to make sure these people some how understand that customers comes first and I’m not getting anything from all this but hopefully you do learn somethingonljne reviews will alert customers of my experience and will make justice for all this trouble!!online reviews and word of mouth will pay back all this trouble !
