MrK*** did see the work done and was displeased with it as wellClient did not allow MrK*** to fix the repairs that she was not satisfied with and instead withheld a portion of the final paymentBecause MrK*** would have and could have made those repairs and client withheld $200.00, it appears that she chose to spend it on an electrician insteadTherefore we are not compelled to reimburse her payment

I am rejecting this response because:I think it's apparent Steve K*** has a problem with the truthFirst he said my problem was with drywall dust not the job itselfOnce I said he didn't offer to finish the job he changed his tune and agreed the work was poorly doneHow did he know the work was poorly done if he argued I had not let him back in the house? He did see the job because I sis let him in--with his camera--and paid him half of the remaining amountThe man is a liar and incompetent.Why did I pay him? Because he is an aggressive man and I was concerned for my safety.I was alone in my houseHowever once I found additional damage--drywalling in the outlet--I realized I wanted reimbursement and that others should know this man is not worth hiringI didn't choose to hire an electrician instead of a drywall guy as he arguesI had the electrician come in because the young worker sent here by Mr .K***--a relative of his I may add- blew out an outlet using an electric sanderOnce the electrician came in to fix that problem he said there was another outlet drywalled in that he had to cut outThat is why I want to be reimbursedK*** says he did a terrible job but thinks he deserves to keep the $600 I gave him and cost me over $more due to the claptrap operation he runsHe should be ashamed of himself to offer his incompetence for a fee

Client wanted drywall work done but has no idea that it would produce dust when sandedThis young man has been working with me on other jobs and he came to me earlier in the job saying that the client kept removing the plastic from the work area before it was done and complaining about the
dustI suggested other methods to help keep dust to a minimum but she was still not happyWhen she didn't want him to come back, I went to her house to see what it was that she was unhappy about and she wouldn't even let me see it let alone fix itThen she refused to pay the remainder of the contractShe wouldn't let me see or fix the problem, kept $and wants me to pay for something I could have fixed easilyNow she wants me to pay someone else to fix it? I believe she can pay that bill with the money she kept from me
