To whom it may concern:   Kelley’s Septic Tank and Sewer Service has not done work for Mr. [redacted].  We were contracted to do work for Mr. [redacted] at [redacted].  Our company has never been in contact with [redacted].  [redacted] did call the police department and...

told them we were illegally digging on his property.  The officer stated that we were on city easement and we could continue to work with no issues.  We also talked with City Engineer after he contacted us after [redacted] called them and explained that the police had been contacted and   we were told we were on city easement and could continue to work.  I have attached pictures of the property we were working on.  Also there is an ongoing problem between these two neighbors and unfortunately our company is in the crossfire.  We take great pride in the work we do and would never enter someone’s property without permission.    Best Regards,   Kimla Lienemann-Owner Kelley’s Septic Tank & Sewer Service 1955 St. Louis Bridge Rd Decatur, IL 62521 217-422-5992
