I am rejecting this response because: it does not offer a resolution to the problemThe car was misrepresented because work that was supposedly done before the car was purchased was NOT completedI have paperwork from an independent mechanic stating the bottom bolts on the timing chain have not been touchedThis is not about a warranty because the timing chain did not go bad after I purchased the carIf this car was presented honestly as a Cadillac STS with a bad timing chain, I would not have paid $6,for it, I would have walked away immediately Regards, [redacted]
hello, like I stated in my first respond that I sold the car to *** *** on October, 1st,with the AS IS and I attached the buyer guide with her signature which mean that she knows it is an"AS IS" deal I still took the car after she called the first time complaining that the car is running right.and what is she saying now after months from the date of sales stating that the car is not runningi tried to offer her my help, but she rather complained to the Revdex.com and to the OHIO Attorney generalplease let her know what the sales if it is AS IS mean.sorry about all of that, been in this business so long to take advantage of no one and will never do.Have a good day. NEDAL S*** ps..please see the attachment a gain
I am rejecting this response because:it's NOT about a warranty! The car was misrepresented because the work that was claimed to be done prior to me being purchasing the car was NOT done like it was claimed it wasIt has nothing to do with a warrantyIt's about the fact that I was sold a car with a bad timing chain when I was told that it had been replaced when it wasn'tThe car was misrepresentedPeriodI'm rejecting their response because again, it's not a resolutionThey refuse to take responsibility for their actions and want to claim it's a warranty issue when it's notIf it were a warranty issue, I'd be bringing up the brakes being bad, the power steering leak, and the flat tire that it has but I'm notI'm just focused on the bad timing chain that they claimed was fixed prior to purchase.

Our dealership, Kelli's Auto Sales, did not misrepresent repair work done on *** *** Cadillac STSAfter we purchased this vehicle we inspected it and did any required maintenance prior to selling to our customersThe timing chain was changed prior to the sale of the vehicle and again
once Miss *** purchased it, and brought to our attention it wasn't running correctly, even though no warranty was given at the time of the saleWe have been in business since 1990, we strive to sell quality vehicles and provide good and fair customer serviceOur previously owned vehicles are sold AS-IS, no warranty, unless additional warranty is made between the customer and our dealershipWe state clearly when a sale is made that there is no warrantyDuring our last conversation in January I still offered to assist in fixing her car by not charging labor only for the partsI am no longer wiling to assist her, since she has filed a formal complaint
