Good morning,? I am responding to a complaint filed with ID ***.? I wanted to inform you that the day the letter was received, I had already received an email from our Supervising Evening/Weekend Nurse that a complaint was called in with a request to remove the address of the petitioner
from our mailing list, and had sent correspondence to the person who produces our Newsletter, to have it removed.? I am the person who takes care of this, and to my knowledge, I have never received a call, email, or any other correspondence to have this address removed- but moving forward, it will be

From what I can see in the response the person does not state who they are or how to contact them if it happens againJust because that person is responsible does not mean that I did not try getting the address removed beforeIt could mean that the previous people that I spoke to did not know who to forward the address toIt could mean that the previous people that I spoke to did not care enough to forward the informationI am pretty sure that I phone recordings of every time I called in.?
