Good morning,? I am responding to a complaint filed with ID [redacted] .? I wanted to inform you that the day the letter was received, I had already received an email from our Supervising Evening/Weekend Nurse that a complaint was called in with a request to remove the address of the petitioner from our mailing list, and had sent correspondence to the person who produces our Newsletter, to have it removed.? I am the person who takes care of this, and to my knowledge, I have never received a call, email, or any other correspondence to have this address removed- but moving forward, it will be
