Services that was paid for were not completed and resulted in damage to home.I paid for my 3 units at my home to be serviced which among many things was to clear the drains from the unit. After staring the unit the condensate from the drain pan overflowed and damaged the ceiling. I have had [redacted] to come to the house and assess the damage and it totaled more than $4500.Desired SettlementI am seeking my deductible which was $2500 for the repairs that are needed.
