This company prides itself of marvelous customer service. Don't believe it. They pushed a car warranty on me, Continental warranty co., saying it would fix all problems I had with my car...bumper to bumper should I need any repairs. I bought the $2,000 policy and when my car had issues they wouldn't pay. I called the owner of Kelly and he was condescending, evasive and just rude. They drove my car to my home, 2 hours away, 3 times for a test drive and to fix a broken window. Once I got my car back I drove it down the street for gas and saw a chip in the windshield. When I notified them of this and that they had been driving my car, not me, they said 'too bad, you have to pay for it.' There are more examples of incompetence but that should give you an idea. The only positive aspect of Kelly's is their financial officer, Glenn. Excellent service,,,I think not.
