Sunday morning, on our way to church 8 days after picking up the car, I found that the left front tire was flat. I got out the spare and tools to change the tire only to find, (yes, you guessed it, folks!) the lug nuts were so tight that I couldn't break them loose even by JUMPING ON THE LUG WRENCH!!! The Factory set the recommended torque on the lug nuts of a 2006 Cobalt SS at 100 ft. lbs. These were over 270 ft. lbs. Yet, when I went out to Kelly this afternoon to have them re-torque the lug nuts, Brad M[redacted], the service manager told me that that wasn't the way it worked, that the nuts were no tighter than 120 ft. lbs. and as to any further repair of the situation: "That's just not gonna happen". I went up to the showroom to lodge a formal complaint against the service department and everyone refused to talk to me. I bought the car from Kelly in September of 2005 and have it serviced there just about ever since, but no ore. Tell me, does this sound like the kind of place YOU would take your car to for service? Review: The Truck in question was purchased under my fiance name, due to better credit. [redacted] is her name.

The issue at hand was I told the sales lady everything I wanted in the truck. They did not have it on the lot. They had to go get it from another dealer.

We were told that she would get everything in the truck that I told her I wanted.

I purchased the truck in Sept 2012.

Come to find out now that I go to get a travel trailer the reason why I bought this truck. That it does not have all the options like I requested.

I told the sales lady that the Max towing package is something that I WANTED, and would not purchase without it having this. Well come to find out that is not on this truck.

I was not given the chance to look over the truck, and it is hard to tell what the truck had my just looking at it from the outside since alot of this has to deal with internal parts.

Here to find out it has the smaller rear end and smaller motor where I can not tow as much.

Now I am stuck with a truck that does not match the needs I wanted it for.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either replace it with the truck I wanted or they can upgrade the current truck I have now to what I wanted.

The Max tow package on the Chevy website is $3,630.00

I dont care which way it is done.

If they taake it and upgrade the current truck, if they need to keep it a few days, I would like them to give a loaner car why they have mine.

Review: Kelly Chevrolett in [redacted] sold me a lemon and now the manager is not returning my calls. I bought a 2001 [redacted] less than a month ago and now the transmission is slipping. I took the vehicle back to them twice because the check engine light continued to come on and each time they fixed the light, after the last time they informed me that the check engine light is nothing to worry about unless it is flashing. Well last Friday, May 9, 2014, I was barely able to get the vehicle to go forward or backwards so immediately called the Manager [redacted] and informed him that the transmission was going; he asked if they looked at this issue before and I told him no, so he told me to hold on. I was left on hold and he never returned to the line so I called back and left a message asking that he return a call, this was the same day. I called again today on May 12, 2014 and left another message when I was told that he was in a meeting.Desired Settlement: I was told by the car dealership that I am purchasing the vehicle w/o a warranty but my gripe is that they took my $1,000 payment knowing that this vehicle was a piece of [redacted] and that it would not last more than a month. I would like to have them re do my paperwork and get me in another vehicle that I would qualify for and if that is not possible then I want the vehicle repaired at their expense or to have the contract null and void and a full refund of my $1,000.00 down payment.
