Review: My son was signed up for driving lessons with Mr. [redacted] last September and completed the written portion of his program. We paid our full payment to Mr. [redacted] before the lessons began. Once the written portion was completed and the driving time was to begin, Mr. [redacted] was not able to accommodate my son for driving lessons. After scheduling his first appointment, Mr. [redacted] cancelled his appointment. My son and I found it very difficult to contact Mr. [redacted] for another lesson. He wouldn't answer his calls nor would he return our messages. We did manage to schedule another appointment after a couple of months. Mr. [redacted] did not show up for this appointment. It is now July and we still have yet to be able to get the lessons in. Mr. [redacted] called us out of the blue the other day to try to schedule [redacted]. He was unable to get [redacted] in until late August. This isn't acceptable. [redacted] has not been able to get a job this summer, and it has cost me time from my job in order to take him to and from his events.We would like our money back.Thank you for your help. This letter is in response to the Revdex.com consumer complaint ID number [redacted] against Kelly

Driving School, Inc. dated July 3,2013. Prior to receiving this complaint Kelly Driving School, Inc.

has complied with all terms of the contract signed by the [redacted] family. Please see the attached copy

of Kelly Driving School, Inc.

[redacted] had taken the classroom portion of driver education in September of 2012. Ten

months have passed since the start of the agreed upon terms of the Kelly Driving School Inc.

Contract agreement. In good faith to resolve this issue Kelly Driving School will be willing to

complete the behind the wheels as agreed upon in the Kelly Driving School Inc. Contract

Agreement or We will be willing to prorate the amount in which was paid to Kelly Driving School,

Inc. (S210) for services rendered and return to Mrs. [redacted] the prorated amount of$60. The amount

of $60 dollars is the remaining amount per contract minus 30 hrs. of classroom and materials

received by [redacted] after successfully completing and passing the state test.

Kelly Driving School, Inc. has provided and will continue to provide quality driver education

services to families throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We appreciate your concern regarding

this matter. Please inform us on how the [redacted] family would like to proceed.

Review: My son was enrolled in drivers education with with KDS this past June and completed the written portion of his program. We paid in full to KDS. In July the behind the wheel portion of the class was to begin. The morning of the first lesson, KDS called to cancel because of a family emergency. He never called to reschedule. I called a few times, with no luck, and decided to wait until school started since they pick up at school. I tried to get in touch with KDS when school started in early September. He wouldn't answer his calls nor would he return my messages. After I left a message wanting a refund he did call me but told me he would call that evening, he never did. This isn't acceptable. I have now decided to have another driving school complete the behind the wheel portion of the education. This is going to cost me extra money. My son will be 16 soon and I started this process early enough so he could get his license as soon as possible. It is necessary to have him drive to school. I would like my money back.Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: I paid $210 for the course. It will now cost me $229 to finish at another school. I would like the $210 back or the $229.

This letter is in response to your letter dated 10-11-13, in regard to [redacted]'s complaint

against Kelly Driving school. I have called Ms. [redacted] numerous times, it seemed as if we were

playing phone tag.

Most recently I called Wednesday 10-16-13 at 8:47 PM and left a message to get in contact with

me, I again left a message Thursday 10-17-13 at 9:47AM, and again Thursday 10-17-13 at

12:13PM, waiting for her response, so we could schedule times for her son's behind the wheel

lessons. On Thursday 10-17-13 at about 5:15PM, Ms. [redacted] unexpectedly approached me in

the parking lot demanding that I give her her son's completion form, because she signed her son

up with another school, to take his behind the wheel lessons. I informed her that she was not due

a refund, because we were ready and willing to complete the agreed upon terms, as set forth in

our contract. Also, in Ms. [redacted]'s complaint she expressed concern that her son get his

license as soon as possible, our records indicate that he will be 16 on 12/14/13 leaving us

sufficient time to have completed his behind the wheel before that time.

Review: My stepson, [redacted], had completed his classroom portion of Driver's Eduction with [redacted] Driving School in July. His first behind the wheel was scheduled for Aug. 22. Mr. [redacted] was supposed to come to the house at 11am and never showed. [redacted] called and left a voicemail that day, had never heard back and left another voicemail the next day. He did not receive a call back from him until about a week later. A new date was set up for the last Saturday in August at the same time of 11a. At 7a Mr. [redacted] called and cancelled advising the driver's ed vehicle was being serviced. He informed [redacted] that he would call him back to set up a new date. That was the last time he had heard from him.

[redacted] called several times and would leave voicemails but Mr. [redacted] never replied. Finally, on Saturday, Sept. 14 I called and Mr. [redacted] answered. I informed him that I wanted to get the dates set up for [redacted] to take his behind the wheel. He said he was with 2 students, would look up [redacted]'s file and call me back to get things taken care of. By Wednesday, when I did not receive a call, I called and left a voicemail. By Friday, I had still not received a call from him and left yet another voicemail advising I was not happy and that if he was not going to call me back or fulfill the behind the wheel hours, I would like a refund or I would take other actions. From what [redacted] and his other friends have advised me, is that this is not uncommon of Mr. [redacted] and that he quite frequently does not show up, call back or cancels. I'm quite disgusted and frustrated at this point. I would just like to get a refund for the service he has not provided, so that we can find another driver's school to finish the required behind the wheel hours that he needs to get his license.

I appreciate any help or assistance that you can give me.

complaint against [redacted] Driving School.

I have tried numerous times, to get in contact with Ms. [redacted] and [redacted], left messages,

and was not able to get in contact with either of them.

However, I did speak to both [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] on Sunday 10-13-13 and set up an

appointment for [redacted]'s behind the wheel driving driving lesson, resolving this matter.
